He tells us in His Word: I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. (John 10:11)

He also says: What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. (Matthew 18: 12-13)

We are all little sheep in Gods Mighty arm. He doesnt want to let go of us, however, He has given us the freedom of choice.

Jesus said: Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)

Gods Word shows us that the result of the wide gate is death: "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." (Proverbs 14:12)

However, it is important to note that there is a gap between God and mankind that originated from Adam and Eve, also known as the original sin. Man has added to that his disobedience to Gods commandments.

Paul the apostle states in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

God says, "But your iniquities have separated you from your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear." (Isaiah 59:2).

However, no matter how small the narrow gate is and how numerous our sins are, Jesus Christ is the waiting at the narrow gate to welcome you for He is the only way to God. He has died on the Cross for our sins and has risen from the dead. With the Cross He was the bridge that connects us to God. Only through Him, the ticket to the narrow gate will be accepted.

There is only one way provided: "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus" (1Timothy 2:5).

It is also written: Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way; having nailed it to the cross. (Colossians 2:14)

Moreover in John 14:6 we read, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

All you have to do is accept this truth, ask him to come into your heart, and change your life.

Gods Word is very clear: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3:20).

And the Bible tells us, "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

Your entrance ticket to the narrow gate has already been paid for. All you have to do is collect your ticket by praying the following prayer.

Dear Lord Jesus,
I come to You as I am with all my sins, my faults, my worries, and my burdens knowing that You are my only way to God. I believe that You are the Son of God Who came to Earth around 2,000 years ago. I realize the fact that You have been crucified, risen victoriously on the third day and You did that all for me. You have given me what is Yours and taken what is mine. You have given me eternal life, happiness, peace, and You have taken my sins, my diseases, my worries. I thank You for giving me the right to become your son/daughter. I take a vow to live for You and serve You for the rest of my life.
